★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーナーによると、ここの高山茶は、台湾中で2箇所しか出していない貴重なオーガニックティです。
農薬を使っていないので、焙煎をしていません。
身体と舌にとても優しい貴重なお茶と巡り会えて幸せです。
ここでは、和菓子も作って出していますが、京都で修行した台湾の方が作っているそうです。
写真の鳥の和菓子は、台湾シジュウカラ。
何と餡が、ブルーベリーと梅で作られており新鮮な驚きでした^_^
とても快適な空間で、リラックス出来ます！
まだ、プレオープン中 で、スタッフも慣れてないとの事なので、今後が楽しみです。
