★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 控肉Q彈不膩還非常入味，酸菜與滷汁的搭配剛剛好，搭配獨門辣椒醬真的好好吃，這麼多年味道都沒變！白菜滷跟燙青菜也是一絕，記得點豬血湯，湯頭好喝料多實在，不會失望的完美組合！
The meat control Q bomb is not greasy and it is very tasty. The combination of sauerkraut and marinade is just right. It is really delicious with the unique chili sauce. The taste has not changed for so many years! Braised cabbage and blanched vegetables are also a must, remember to order the pork blood soup, the soup is delicious and the ingredients are so perfect, you won’t be disappointed!

瘦肉部分很軟爛，但不會乾柴
老闆給肉很大方，給蠻多的！
整體來說還不錯，不過吃起來缺少了一些香氣，比較像是傳統阿嬤口味那種古早味控肉飯

他是最好吃的控肉飯嗎？應該不是，但卻是我從小吃到大，也最認識的控肉飯～
坐落在士林夜市的角落，小弟我每次來拜訪外公婆的時候，都會嘴饞的想吃一碗！金龍的滷汁味道不錯，不會太鹹，頗下飯，肉的話則是嫩的頗剛好，一半帶皮一半瘦肉，各半對我剛剛好～
為金龍增加特色的是他其他小菜，像是小辣空心菜、苦瓜排骨湯、煎魚（很讚）、滷白菜都很直得一試！
下次來士林夜市時，如果喜歡控肉飯，推薦大家來嚐嚐～

Located at the corner of Shilin Night Market, every time I come to visit my grandparents, I always want to eat a bowl! Jinlong's marinade tastes good, not too salty, quite suitable for rice, and the meat is quite tender, half with the skin and half of the lean meat, each half is just right for me~
What adds special features to Jinlong are his other side dishes, such as small spicy water spinach, bitter gourd pork rib soup, fried fish (very good), and braised cabbage are all straight to try!
Next time you come to Shilin Night Market, if you like pork rice, I recommend everyone to try it~
