The main selection is basically duck parts and little else. They deep fry the order, some things might come out slightly dark and burnt. Taste is ok, honestly was expecting better with such a long line.

They put some sugar in their frying oil, so may taste a bit sweet. Duck slice(鴨肉片) is really good. Dried tofu(豆干) is their best seller, fill with sauce. If you want some more stuff, you should take black cake(豬血糕) and tempura(甜不辣).
