★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 士林夜市老舊美食店家之一,口味約10種,大餅現煎口感軟嫩,小餅點甜的,整體吃起來會比較有味道。
One of the old gourmet restaurants in Shilin Night Market, there are about 10 flavors. The flatbreads are freshly fried and have a soft and tender texture. The small ones are a little sweet and taste more flavorful overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天第一次吃,覺得很特別也很好吃,是比較樸實口味的甜點。內餅比較酥脆,口感很好,內餡的紅豆甜度也很剛好。
原味就很好吃,下次會想試試其他口味。

吃過幾次,
較不推薦地下室的,
因為餅皮不是現煎,
相對長林記少了一種溫熱的感覺,
兩家似乎都是用調味粉來
代替餡料的口味,
例如芋頭口味都是用粉的!
地下室放的粉特別明顯特別多!扣分!
若要嚐鮮,
推薦去長林記!
個人覺得有些可惜,
若店家用真材實料的材料做,
不要用調味粉,
加上本身軟脆的口感,
這種傳統美食
不會像現在那麼沒落!
可惜可惜…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd urge you to avoid this stall. The Q here is long NOT because they are popular and have many customers but because the young man works EXTREMELY slowly. Taste is underwhelming too. It's just crushed pastry wrapped in soft flat bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ interesting, if slightly expensive, treat. had the sesame. it basically consists of a pre made, deep fried pastries filled with flavor of your choosing that is crushed and wrapped in a thin crepe. salt or sugar is added into the wrap depending whether you order savory or sweet. see last photo below for end product.
