桐伯的炒青菜真的超好吃,没吃過那麼好吃的刈菜。豬腳更是没話說,不會死鹹而且皮很Q彈。煎虱目魚或黃魚都很香脆,紅燒豆腐更没話說。苦瓜炒鹹蛋跟塔香茄子這些菜,我也只敢吃桐伯煮的,因為不苦不爛,茄子的口感都很好。 至少出菜順序是值得等的,其實也不會真的等很久。 關於老闆娘的態度,多跟她聊2句就可以發現她其實是蠻客氣的人,不像留言那樣。而且桐伯這一攤,其實很注重衛生環境,弄的很乾淨。 每週都要去吃的桐伯豬腳,充滿了市場的人情味。 對了,生辣椒醬油超香。
