一家完全沒有售後服務的公司,買這家的產品有問題問客服只是一直鬼打牆機器人似的回覆,根本沒把客人的問題當事情在處理。
A company that has no after-sales service at all. Asking customer service if there is a problem with this product is just a replies like a ghost attacking a wall, and it does not treat the customer's problem as a matter.

很多年前買了已經停產的電視盒,因為更換網路導致設定跑掉,本來抱持著登昌恆應該也沒有人可以處理了⋯因為實在是年代久遠的產品了⋯但還是抱著姑且一試的心情打了客服轉到了技術支援⋯ 從一開始的了解問題到後面耐心、細心的教我如何修改⋯通話過程中因為網路中斷導致後來再撥電話又轉成另一個技術工程師⋯沒想到也能很快的接手我的問題⋯繼續幫我完成設定!真的太感動了❤️ 這也代表登昌恆的內部訓練非常完整,才能讓不同工程師接手也能迅速幫客戶解決問題!一間公司能持續經營這麼久果然是有實力的!給技術部的兩位工程師一個大大的讚!??

數年前於光華商場店家買過登昌恆出產持續不懈的Netv4網路電視盒,店家告知登昌恆售後服務為業界表率,使用很安心。 該網路電視盒經多年使用,值得稱許。 日前提供固定IP的有線電視公司無意間更動固定IP需重作設定,因無法自為,特電洽登昌恆客服協助,因網路問題複雜,改由工程師阿傑以遠距接手我的電腦處理,總計耗時三小時且跨日續行處理,終能正常運作,對登昌恆客服親切態度.很好專業能力加上堅持要做好的努力,令人深為感佩。 誠如前光華商場店家所言,登昌恆售後服務確為一流,令人稱道。
A few years ago, I bought the Netv4 network TV box produced by Dengchangheng at the Guanghua Shopping Mall store. The store told Dengchangheng that after-sales service is a model in the industry, and I feel at ease to use it. The network TV box has been used for many years and is worthy of praise. Recently, the cable TV company that provided the fixed IP inadvertently changed the fixed IP and needed to reset the setting. Because it was unable to do it on its own, the special telephone contacted Dengchangheng customer service for assistance. Due to the complicated network problem, the engineer Ajie took over my computer remotely. It took a total of three hours and continued processing across the day, and it finally worked normally, and was kind to Dengchangheng's customer service. Very good professional ability and persistence in doing good efforts are deeply admirable. As the former Guanghua store store said, Dengchangheng's after-sales service is indeed top-notch, which is commendable.

最近買了一台HFS100,計畫要將以前拍的正負片轉換成數位檔案。第一次瑕疵是反光板有灰塵髒汙,該公司當時當機立斷地幫我換了一台新的,本來想說售後服務不錯,至少負責。 結果換了一台新的,掃描出來完全模糊,因為還可以退貨就直接跟平台退貨了。也想說可能機器發展不構成熟,算了。 但好意告知該公司第二次換機的狀況,希望能做為改進參考,回應卻是將問題推給客戶,認為是我的底片解析度差。(傳統底片有解析度?) 這溝通過程,我是將3張一模一樣的正片分別都是用相同解析度,前後掃描給該公司。3張一模一樣的底片,兩台機器掃描結果不同,是我的底片有問題嗎?? 如果這個公司處裡客戶提出的問題是這種態度,如何能改進??? 非常不推薦這個公司。 (附上兩張對照掃描圖檔,用PC看更清楚~第1張圖片根本模糊,第2張圖片清晰但天空有多個黑點)

However, I kindly informed the company about the status of the second replacement, hoping to be used as a reference for improvement, but the response was to push the problem to the customer, thinking that my film had poor resolution. (Does traditional negatives have resolution?) In this communication process, I scanned 3 identical positive films with the same resolution and scanned them back and forth to the company. 3 identical negatives, the scanning results of the two machines are different, is there a problem with my negatives?? If the problem raised by customers in this company is this attitude, how can we improve it??? This company is highly not recommended. (Attach two comparison scanned image files, which can be seen more clearly with a PC~ The first image is completely blurred, the second image is clear but there are multiple black spots in the sky)

If I have technical questions, I always turn to Mr. Yang (Ajie), he is really enthusiastic and patient in answering my questions. Thanks a lot for his help. I've been using their TV box for 10 years because I live in the UK and it's really convenient to be able to watch Taiwanese TV anytime, anywhere.
