★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台北市唯一生態重劃區內位置最靠近北投捷運的建案 , 完工沒多久後就已經全部完銷了喔~ 走路到捷運大約七分鐘然後最方便的是信義線可以總站一路40分鐘就到101 , 中等價位而品質中上算高CP值好宅品牌建案 , 有兩邊面向公園(其中一邊還可看到陽明山景)且周圍綠樹應該是整個重劃區建案當中最用心 , 唯一缺點就是旁邊有個小籃球場但窗戶隔音不錯且球場時間有管制所以還OK , 整體而言應該是台北市條件蠻稀有的房子
