胸肉切片不切斷的用意不太理解
但是好吃且買肉送湯
贈送的清湯自己拿來煮蔬菜麵也很好吃！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delicious! Goose meat is tender and I like how it’s sliced thinly (more flavorful as each slice holds into more natural juice which they slather the meat with before giving to you). Large portion for decent price value. They also offer free clear soup which they used to cook the geese in. Soup is great at home when you add vegetables and season to taste (or also rice to make tasty porridge). No dine in so take home to eat. Boss and son are very personable and likable.
