看到評分高而來,因為店名有豆花兩字所以點了豆花,吃了之後覺得果然厲害!糖水不會太黏膩而有負擔,豆花綿細化口,配料我們選擇綠豆、粉圓與芋頭,其中最喜歡芋頭,因為這裡的芋頭太強大了,吃起來口感綿密,且甜度較低,吃得到芋頭香氣,比外面許多甜死人不償命的芋頭優秀太多了,有的主打芋頭的甜品店都弄得超級無敵甜整個很不討喜,但這家就是沒有這個問題,因此很喜歡,然後粉圓超級超級Q,我覺得不要那麼Q可能我會更喜歡,而粉圓吃起來是有微微甜度的。

嘗試傳統豆花,很粉嫩有帶點豆子香氣 地瓜圓與芋圓也很Q彈 粉圓的部分稍微有嚼勁,甜度剛剛好 還有甜湯的部分值得一提,不會死甜,入口滑順~

這間就是很久年前在石牌捷運站對面,後來搬到巷弄內雖然換了老闆,但用料味道都沒有變,這種傳統店越來越少了,ㄔ過他的料芋圓大推,跟看他內用的碗有多大,糖水就是一般的不是黑糖,希望這樣的店能一直存在

這次吃的是豆花+芋頭+地瓜圓+小紅豆,豆花入口綿密,份量也還蠻多的,芋頭跟小紅豆如果可以再鬆軟一些口感會更好,地瓜圓軟Q彈牙,推薦豆花控可以來吃吃看喔

第一次吃這家,真的是料多實在。 豆花不是煙燻味那種,豆香不會特別重,不過口感相當綿密,份量也很多分。 可以選三種料,這次選了芋頭、花生和地瓜圓,芋頭超好吃,以後會想單獨買芋頭的好吃,花生也都大顆飽滿,地瓜圓是偏軟的口感,我沒那麼喜歡,但喜歡軟的人可以點。 因為不喜歡太甜,跟老闆說了之後她建議我加綠豆湯,的確比一般加糖水的清爽順口多了! 店內還有賣一些滷味和手作牛軋餅,看起來都很衛生新鮮,下次會想試試看。
