大雨滂沱之下司機車停得離指定地點奇遠又不電話聯絡,公司只是不停來電以語音指示車已到請上車,致電查詢也是不停以語音重複指示

此次預約不愉快的經驗,我連一顆星都不想給。皇冠大車隊預約無障礙車種要求客戶最早三天前預訂,我們也配合貴公司的時間預約,到了當天預定時間即將到的前20分鐘才來電告知沒有車。無障礙計程車乃特殊車種,就因長輩膝蓋開刀無法搭乘ㄧ般轎車才需要預約。向貴公司客服反應後,客服回覆是「無障礙車是提前30分鐘告知,ㄧ般轎車是15分鐘前」。請問無障礙車能跟一般車款比嗎?提早15分告知有差嗎?無障礙車是路上隨便攔就有的嗎?當天臨時通知真的很令人錯愕!!另外提醒即將向皇冠預約的朋友,即使你已預約,不等於已訂,最好提前ㄧ天自己打電話確認是否有約到車子,沒有可自行取消。這是客服小姐貼心提醒。請我們要自己留意,不然就像我這次不愉快的經驗會不斷重演。

爛死了司機遲到是常態,偶爾司機自己提前到還會生氣,素質普遍不好,曾經遇過狂罵髒話的,還有無法溝通像8+9的,車有時還很髒

今天111/1/20下午約16:30左右在新光醫院搭乘皇冠排班計程車,司機態度惡劣。 會去醫院看診的老人大多是行動不便的,我媽媽的腳無法走,我請司機載我們到家樓下,他居然在巷口就要求我們下車,說他的車太大無法進巷子(那條巷子足以讓兩台休旅車雙向通行),他開Toyota altis 居然說他進不去?從新光到三重的期間還一直飆車急煞,過程我報路他也不搭理,真的很誇張。 如果你在士林無法載客去三重,你可以一開始告訴我們,我們搭別台就是了,況且你在醫院排班怎麼可以這麼不體諒病人?從來沒有過這麼差的搭乘體驗,非常不推薦,一顆星都不值。

We booked a wheelchair taxi a day prior and confirmed once more with the operator on the day of the ride and everything seemed just fine. When we came down to the hospital entrance on the promised time, we couldn't find the supposed ride that was here. Upon enquiry with the operator, we found out the taxi had taken another passenger by mistake to our disbelief. Not only could they not find another ride for us, we were left looking for another ride on our own in the rain. Since it is raining and a last minute request, all the companies we phoned were either without a driver or require a booking in advance. I'm dismayed at the shocking service and the lack of protocol in which drivers should confirm it's the right passenger they are taking.
