貨運司機晚上10點才送,還沒講完話,直接掛電話,回報說用戶拒收,客服永遠忙線,根本就是一家差勁的公司!!

若無法指定日期送件為何不明確規範啊?查詢貨物追蹤才發現投遞好幾次了,但司機完全不會電話聯繫,就算跟客服約定完收貨時間還是收不到貨??‍♀️只好跟賣家退貨?

服務品質跟給消費者的體驗真的很差,連理論上要在一天內配送、甚至是台北市內該六小時內配送的商品,都能拖到兩個禮拜連一通來自配送人員的電話都沒響,多次寄電郵反應後也只是說 "因為疫情影響配送時間會延遲" 跟 "我們會改進" 之類敷衍搪塞的回答。訂購當天商品包裹就到你們營業所,還可以兩個禮拜都沒送到,真的是給你們一星都嫌多,你們對面的郵局都送得比你們還快。
