★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務與管理還不錯，但是他們大樓的貨梯實在太爛！一大早七點叫了三台大貨車要去把櫃子清空，結果貨梯壞掉又找不到人修（週六）。三大台貨車只好空車回去，也不知道何時貨梯才能修好，搬家時程也因此被迫延後。真的超無奈的。
Service and management are not bad, but the freight elevators in their building are too bad! Three large trucks were called at seven o'clock in the morning to empty the cabinet, but the freight elevator broke and no one could repair it (Saturday). The three large trucks had to go back empty, and did not know when the freight elevator could be repaired, so the moving time was forced to be delayed. Really helpless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不得不說服務真的很好，他們晚上6點半下班，但我無法在6點半前趕到，可是又非常緊急的要寄放物品。櫃台人員人很好願意多等我半個小時過去辦手續，真的很感謝她！
I have to say that the service is really good. They got off work at 6:30 in the evening, but I couldn't get there before 6:30, but I was very urgent to put the items. The counter staff are very willing to wait for me half an hour to go through the formalities, thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 路過看了一下覺得服務與管理還不錯，只是當場剛簽了從三月開始的一年約，過了幾天聽說網站上有提供半價優惠給一樣的半截上層櫃，價差不小，心裡很不是滋味 :(

I passed by and looked at it and felt that the service and management are not bad, but I just signed a one-year contract starting in March on the spot. After a few days, I heard that there is a half-price discount on the website for the same half of the upper cabinet. The price difference is not small. feel bad:(
