★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃了好幾十年,原本的老闆退休換一批年輕人做,今天路過看到想說名字沒變味道應該一樣,買完後大失望,肉的味道不如之前,連便當的配菜也完全不行,炒出來跟水煮的一樣沒味道,點雞胸肉給我雞腿肉,差太多了,唯一有進步的是店面有稍微整修過看起來比較乾淨

現在只能給三顆星了…
原來的老闆退休之後換人接手,今天點了三寶飯,雞肉還是不錯吃,但叉燒和鴨肉口味都差以前蠻多的;叉燒厚度切的不平均,肥肉部分也過多、又不入味吃起來很膩,不會再點;燒鴨是吃起來有點乾。
配菜部分,炸春捲幾乎沒有內餡,根本在吃炸春捲皮…難過:(

老闆是香港人,蠻有個性的講話比較大聲而已,不是態度不好?個人感覺很友善。
幾乎都點三寶飯,配菜有8-9樣可以選擇(高麗菜、豆乾、米粉、苦瓜、炒蛋…),叉燒、油雞、燒鴨都很好吃,切肉的先生很像職人,切油雞燒鴨的時候還會很像舞動一樣很有節奏,簡直帥呆…
東西也不算貴,好吃程度值得漲這五塊十塊!
外帶淋在飯上的汁會分開裝,給客人回去自己淋,飯不會軟掉非常貼心!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有陣子沒營業了,也因為他們家暫停營業,吃過不少石牌附近的烤鴨飯,但始終想念鏞記烤鴨的滋味?,看到重新開業超級開心?,環境整體感覺比之前潔淨明亮許多,年輕的帥哥美女店員親切友善 (之前的老老闆比較有個性 XD),重點是:依然是我熟悉的滋味,份量卻比之前多了不少!只能說這是我吃過最好吃的烤鴨飯,CP值也是NO.1 ❤

配菜7種可選,
因有人潮排隊,
想說來吃看看,
卻覺得稍嫌普通。
先說叉燒,肉質尚可但少了鮮甜味,
再來油雞,稱不上嫩且油雞鮮味頗淡,
其次燒鴨,鴨肉味算可以,
只是鴨皮脆度不太優,
燒肉整個很不行,
不論是皮還是三層肉,
相比板橋榮華或附近另一家燒臘,
石牌與唭哩岸一帶的燒臘店至少5家,
很遺憾的是,
個人評比是沒有合格的。
鏞記好加在是態度蠻好,
米飯好吃,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars roasted duck!! To have a great roasted duck, it need to get all three elements to the perfection:
- caramelised crispy skin
- juicy and tender meat
- melted duck fat under the skin
Most "good" roasted duck can achieve the first two, but not the last one.
But this one mastered all three elements!
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, was because their char-show.........
