晚上原本至櫃台點選飲料想加珍珠，但珍珠售完，因此店員告知需等10分鐘，想說應該馬上好，因此就不加點。然而沒想到，點完大約等了許久，我的才做好，而我也聽到珍珠剛好起鍋，讓人覺得蠻無言的，如果要等很久那為何不提早告知，現場至少有三位在等候，然而拿飲料時也未說珍珠好了是否需要幫你做加點，還需要我說所以你們珍珠好了嗎?那當然我也不想麻煩各位還要打開重加了。
