安裝冷氣,能找偉通服務,是做顧客的福氣。 師父會先來場勘和我們討論,然後推薦適合的冷氣跟報價,接著排工程時間,最少要等3個月,沒看錯,3個月聽說還是算快的。但是我非常慶幸是找到他們,以下是個人親身案例分享: 4月底安裝完兩個1對2的大金,因爲聽說大金最省電,而且考慮到要有暖氣,所以選大金。師父來施工時,不僅防塵措施都做得很好,而且包管線都包得很美很整齊,最後還清潔打掃乾淨。 5月中天氣轉熱,第一次開客廳冷風,結果不會涼,隔天偉通就派師父來檢查,檢查結果說是大金冷氣的問題,所以再隔天換大金的人來,處裡的結果是更換室外機一個電磁閥,當天就有涼一點。 但是再隔一天就又只有送風,我再打給大金(因爲師父說有問題跟他說),結果他們認爲是安裝管線沒燒好,漏冷媒才會不冷,所以偉通就又再派一次師傅來檢查,檢查的結果是沒漏冷媒,而且如果漏冷媒,我女兒房間幾乎開24小時,應該也會不冷,所以就又回到大金冷氣機器本身的問題。 隔了兩天大金派了兩位師傅來(第一次是1位),又再檢修一番,然後出風口有冷了,認為處理好了,結果隔天又是只有送風,我只好再把情況跟大金還有偉通說,大金說可能是主機版的問題,但是也不排除是管線的問題。 所以第三次兩邊的師父都來了,大金主機版也帶來了,從兩點多搞到4點多,還是沒搞定,唯一沒檢測的就只有管線,因爲大金的師父一直認為我們是延用就管線,所以有可能是銅管的問題。 偉通的師父二話不說,馬上騎機車回去拿了一綑全新的銅管來接,接了以後當然還是不夠冷,雖說這樣就排除掉是管線的問題,但是那全新的銅管就只是為了要證明管線沒問題,一萬多塊就這麼飛了,是那一家工程行能這麼霸氣的幫客戶處理問題。 今天大金派出3位師傅來,最後用熱像儀手機找到問題說是室內機的溫度感測器有問題,我當場也對主管抱怨了一番,由其疫情期間,都希望少接觸,雖然最後有找到問題,但是中間的過程真的讓人覺得很不爽,尤其是如果偉通的師父沒有犧牲一條新的銅管,你們是不是要把責任推給安裝師父,然後倒楣的是我跟偉通? 結論就是,如果昨天偉通沒有犧牲那條新的銅管,今天還在鬼打牆,然後可能就挖開天花板,換了新的管線,然後大概要再花個兩萬多塊,然後還是不冷,如果您是消費者,您會不抓狂嗎?而偉通的師父讓這樣的情況避免掉了,真的很慶幸當初有好朋友介紹偉通給我,所以我也要在這邊認真的跟大家分享我的親身經歷。 謝謝偉通的郭小姐與楊先生,在這段期間不厭其煩的來協助處理,謝謝您們。

The weather turned hot in mid-May, and the cold air in the living room was opened for the first time, but the result was not cold. The next day Weitong sent a master to check it. The result of the check was that it was a problem with Daikin’s air-conditioning, so the next day someone who changed to Daikin came. The result of the office was to replace a solenoid valve of the outdoor unit, and it would be a bit cooler that day. But the next day there was only air supply, and I called Daikin again (because the master said there was a problem with him), they thought that the installation pipeline was not burnt, and the leakage of refrigerant would not be cold, so Weitong did it again. I sent a master to check, and the result of the check was that there was no leakage of refrigerant, and if there was a leakage of refrigerant, my daughter’s room would be open for almost 24 hours, and it should not be cold, so I went back to the problem of the Daikin air-conditioning machine itself. Two days later, Daikin sent two masters (the first time was 1), and they performed a further inspection. Then the air outlet became cold and I thought it was done. As a result, there was only air supply the next day, so I had to do it again. Talk to Daikin and Weitong about the situation. Daikin said it may be a problem with the console version, but it does not rule out a problem with the pipeline. So for the third time, the masters from both sides have come, and the Daikin console version has also been brought. From two points to four points, it is still not done. The only thing that has not been tested is the pipeline, because the master of Daikin always thinks that we The pipeline is extended, so there may be a problem with copper pipes. Without saying anything else, Weitong’s master immediately rode the motorcycle back and took a bundle of brand new copper pipes to connect. After the connection, of course it was still not cold enough. Although this ruled out the problem of pipelines, the brand new copper pipes were just for To prove that the pipeline is okay, more than 10,000 yuan just flew like this. It is the engineering company that can help customers deal with the problem so aggressively. Today, Daikin sent three masters to come, and finally found the problem with the thermal imaging mobile phone, saying that the temperature sensor of the indoor unit had a problem. I also complained to the supervisor on the spot.
