建議老闆去市場租個攤位，找個勤快的助手，在這地點蠻可惜的。

Moderate, moderate weight, ok, more than 10 yuan is still acceptable, not many styles but easy to control costs.
It is a pity that the boss is suggested to rent a booth in the market and find a diligent assistant.
(Observe the customer base and crowds, do your homework + remember to keep accounts. I wish the business is booming!)
