★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017/11月在好市多購買美善雅食物烘乾機，保固時間兩年，打電話過去代理商居然說沒有維修，用65折的價格買一台新的，這台機器使用率並不高，一年烘個4-5次，壞掉的機會那麼大，還要我拿錢出來再買你們的產品，一台機器好幾千塊，才短短三年時間就壞掉，還不能維修，真是把客人當盤子。以後不會再購買他們家的產品了。謝謝指教。
In 2017/November, I purchased the Meishanya food dryer at Costco. The warranty period is two years. I called the agent and said that there was no repair. I bought a new one at a price of 35% off. The utilization rate of this machine is not high. Baking 4-5 times a year, the chance of breaking is so great, I have to spend money to buy your products. A machine costs several thousand yuan, and it breaks in just three years and cannot be repaired. It really treats guests as plates. I will never buy their products anymore. Thanks for your advice.

In less than a year, water leaked into the lid of the blender box, and it was still unable to discharge it by itself. I don't know how much dirt the children had eaten. Poor design is actually filled with consumables.
