遇過在板橋貴興路愛買設點的閣林銷售團隊 會用誘導式的提問 (比如先生幫個忙~兩秒鐘就好~幫我打個勾代表我有帶人介紹..結果後面是一連串一而再~再而三的推銷~不過~也就算了) 後面看你沒反應 還會說先生我們這個月有在比賽業績.我們已經第幾名了.他是哪裡人.請幫忙他作業績...還會掏出貴公司的內部競賽表說它們已經第幾名了~再多少套銷售可以趕過前一名拿到什麼獎勵(恩...這跟消費者適不適合這套教材好像沒有太大相關性~雖不合理但我也先不做聲) 最後主管出面會再給你一個大一點的折扣. 剛開始主管態度也很殷勤說為了小孩怎樣怎樣... 但看你無動於衷後就馬上就收起笑臉很商業化的冷臉說: 這是名片有需要再過來 (相對是顧客的我倒是全程笑臉~好像還比較像貴公司的業務?) 恩...雖然看起來好像沒什麼 這家的產品是否OK~我也無法以偏概全. 我要表達的只是~ 公司緊盯銷售目標也很好~畢竟都是要賺錢 但 今天銷售的是兒童讀物~ 對小朋友還說其實今天整場看到的不是童年的美好與體驗人性的可貴 而是市儈的嘴臉及把顧客的錢包看的比小孩子可獲得的精神食糧更重要的態度...翻臉跟翻書一樣快~當下我只能笑笑 貴公司應該注意貴寶號想要塑造怎樣的文化與向心力? 妳們希望帶給顧客的體驗是怎樣的? 很多事情我們只看到結果~但背後原因往往不是銷售團隊的責任 而是老闆必須檢討背後的機制是否走偏了~ 你的初衷與理想是否能守住一定底線?而不會流於一切向錢看的遊戲規則? 你們該販售的~不只有商品本身~更應該有著商品本身該有的氛圍與溫暖~ 否則初衷反而只剩下銅臭味 當然~你也可以把這篇當成個案~ 但要記得水庫潰堤~也只緣於一個滲水之縫隙~ 不得不慎之

看完波隆納插畫展後想逛一下禮品區,現場人員一直推銷自己公司的套書(後來查詢發現是閣林文創),已經向對方表達沒有興趣,卻還是一直講、甚至直接找小孩推銷,覺得根本無法安靜、自由的選購。書籍本身可能不錯,但在強行推銷的壓力下完全失去動手翻閱甚至購買的興致,只好匆匆離開。

售後服務很爛,點讀筆壞了講一萬次也不急著幫客戶處理,電話也打不通,推銷的時候幾萬都刷了,售後真的很爛
