★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 番茄蛋花麵80元，麵條招牌上寫手工製作，雖然看起來像陽春麵可是蠻有嚼勁的，有時候會跟老闆說麵要硬一點，是來西湖市場用餐的第一選項，湯頭有點勾，蛋花配麵很順口，沒吃出前面評價說的味精和番茄醬，點餐剛好不是老闆娘也沒被雷到。

料理的味道還可以
不過麵條沒有特別驚艷
倒是份量還蠻大的
肚子餓可考慮

點了牛肉煲選擇搭白飯
後來看到現切麵條機器
且煮出來的Q度感覺很厲害
遂在老闆建議下換成麵條
牛肉煲是輕爽口感的清燉白湯
不是紅燒口味
如果重口味可以加上酸菜和辣椒醬
原本先生吃了隔壁間的煲仔飯
在看到我碗內的好料後
又加點了ㄧ碗大滷麵
且不住稱讚
每ㄧ碗都是各自烹煮
並不是ㄧ大鍋
點餐後才每ㄧ碗分裝
