 In the West Lake Market, there is its own seating area, which is convenient for dining, delicious and large enough. There are not many shops in Ganquan Fish Noodles. It is a pleasure to enjoy them here.

湯頭根本沒有酸菜白肉鍋應有的味道，我猜應該是所有的餐點都用同一種湯頭，然後加幾片酸菜來顯示好像是正統的酸菜白肉鍋
肉只有些許幾片，目測也並非正統的白肉，感覺是用梅花豬肉來敷衍過去
麵的部分完全沒有跟湯融合，一點味道都沒有
非常的不推薦這項餐點，或者也可以說不推薦這家餐廳
I ordered Northeast pickled cabbage white meat noodles, 135 yuan, but I was disappointed
The soup head does not have the taste of sauerkraut white meat pot at all. I guess all the meals should use the same soup head, and then add a few slices of sauerkraut to show that it looks like an authentic sauerkraut white meat pot.
There are only a few pieces of meat, and the visual inspection is not orthodox white meat. I feel that it is perfunctory with plum pork.
The noodles did not blend in with the soup at all, and did not taste at all
This meal is highly not recommended or can be said to not recommend this restaurant
