明明就是客服的問題
死不承認
還把所有過錯怪在顧客身上
完全沒有要解決問題
就一副事情就是這樣
阿不然你想怎樣
想打客訴電話
沒用
因為客服本人就值得客訴
當然還是有些客服很積極幫忙處理叫件的相關問題
可以碰碰運氣
看會不會遇到好客服

沒接到電話當天就不配送了、過四點也不配送了、約定好隔天中午前也沒法準時配送、打給客服一問三不知、中午打電話過去直接轉答錄機說午休時間,請問這是公家機關還是私人公司?
後續補充:
下午換了一位客服(明顯聲音跟態度都不一樣),就很積極地幫我追蹤,並且跟我另約下午時段會到,司機也在約定的時段壓線前送達,並且表達歉意!
已補上星星,明眼人應該都看得懂問題出在哪了....
Very inefficient in the delivery office!!
If I don’t receive the call, I will not deliver it on the same day, or after four o’clock. I have agreed that I will not be able to deliver it on time before noon the next day. I call customer service and ask three questions. I call at noon and go directly to the answering machine to say it’s lunch break. Is this a public agency or a private company?
Follow-up additions:
In the afternoon, I changed a customer service (obviously the voice and attitude were different), and he actively helped me to follow up, and made another appointment with me to arrive in the afternoon. The driver also delivered it before the agreed time and pressed the line, and expressed his apology!
The stars have been added, and anyone with discernment should understand what the problem is...
