★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 透過momo網路購買日立滾筒洗衣機BDNX125FH. 1/30 送錯型號，遲至2/8 才交货，這段期間均無法洗衣，向客服投訴，客服説會通知廠商，會有專人回覆通知，結果完全沒有消息，完全是唬爛。
 I purchased a Hitachi front-loading washing machine BDNX125FH through momo. 1/30 I sent the wrong model, and it was delivered as late as 2/8. During this period, I could not do laundry. I complained to the customer service. There's no news at all, it's a complete bummer.

過兩個禮拜後，貨來了也送到了，結果沒有層架無法安裝，來回至少打了6通電話到現在還不知道層架什麼時候有，竟然就這樣把兩個龐然大物擺在我家一個禮拜！
這種消費經驗不敢領教！
I ordered the washer-dryer stacking set, and there was no notice a week after ordering that it was out of stock, or I called 3 times to tell it was out of stock!
Two weeks later, the goods arrived and delivered. As a result, there was no shelf that could not be installed. At least 6 phone calls were made back and forth. I still don’t know when the shelf will be there, so I just put two giants in my house for a week. !
Don't dare to learn this kind of consumer experience!
