海鮮煎餅相當特別,皮很鬆卻有維持那酥脆感,吃得到很大隻章魚腳腳,銅盤烤肉不會死鹹,蔬菜份量給的不多就是了,不過口味上偏淡我很喜歡,另外由於我們很愛吃鍋巴,因此石鍋拌飯麻煩他們加熱,有吃到粒粒分明的口感,韓式炸雞的部分,外皮酥脆,和海鮮煎餅很像,是走厚實炸衣路線,我們兩個人這樣吃下來真的過飽,餐廳飲料部分就略顯不足,沒有太多選項可以選,且餐廳空間很小,對於部落客很推薦的小菜基本上沒什麼印象,基於以上三點少一顆星,然後用餐時間很容易客滿,建議提早到或是訂位,可以吃!是好吃不會踩雷的店。

這家是我非常喜歡的韓式料理店,不管是口味、份量、價位、服務等,全無缺點,在得知近期推出新菜單之後,小弟立馬來吃一波,這次新推出的餐點有「超級部隊鍋」、「釜山煮」、「紫蘇海苔冬粉捲」,以下一一各位介紹一下。? 「超級部隊鍋」是一種二合一的餐點,火鍋外側是春川炒雞?的吃法,內側則是標準的部隊鍋,同時還附上兩碗白飯,份量多多、幸福多多!小弟非常喜歡將春川雞捲上滿滿的起司,然後再拌著白飯吃,起司讓春川雞風味更突出的同時也降低了辣度,起司、雞跟白飯的多重口感讓食感很舒服,然後這樣只要488$,完全是一道又吃飽又吃巧的高性價比料理!??? 「釜山煮」比較簡單一點,內容物有韓國魚板(應該是這樣說吧?)、豆腐、蘿蔔,先講湯頭,他是非常清甜的高湯,估計是耗費不少時間熬出來的好湯頭,魚板有很香的海鮮味,QQ的口感很像是強化版的甜不辣,蘿蔔非常厲害,他已經被煮到非常通透,筷子輕輕夾就斷開,入口瞬間,那吸飽的湯汁直接炸滿口腔,超爽超幸福,而且價位只要少少的59$,?,划算到不行~? 「紫蘇海苔冬粉」這道著實讓小弟驚艷了一番,賣相看起來普普通通,但他酥脆的外皮搭配裡面滿滿的冬粉,衝突的口感很有趣,紫蘇味會在咀嚼的過程徐徐漫出,再沾上店家獨門醬汁,一百分?的搭配也不過如此,150$完全對得起這個價格~而且老闆說這是他從韓國新學回來的,口味上肯定是道地中的道地,個人覺得,這道料理可能有成為招牌的潛力喔!????
