1994設于現址,中型廟宇,一樓正殿主祀武身開漳聖王,二樓正殿主祀武身開漳聖王,右殿供奉武財神,左殿供奉文財神。廟旁另有福德祠。

內湖公舘庄武身開漳聖王,係由雍正十二年西元一七三四年間拓墾業戶 林秀俊 隨身攜帶的「公館武身開漳聖王」神像,距今已經有兩百八十年歷史。 林秀俊為何人呢?即是台北市市定古蹟林秀俊墓的主人,生卒年(1699年-1771年),字茂春,號天成,一號成祖。福建漳州人。1734年離鄉渡台,在台北盆地地區從事開墾,曾擔任淡水、大甲與後壠諸社的通事,並且再娶了平埔族女子潘氏為妾。在康熙末至雍正初的這段期間與陳鳴琳、鄭維謙共同興築水圳,於乾隆七年(1742年)完工。而在這不久後,林秀俊又自己成立了墾號「林成祖」,經營遍及今台北(大加蚋堡)、板橋(擺接莊)、新莊(興直堡)、土城、永和、內湖,甚至苗栗、大甲一帶,最後愛上內湖好山好水,定居在內湖,為台灣開拓之先驅。 根據林秀俊的裔孫林鴻章表示,林氏來台墾荒時,隨身攜帶三尊神像:武身開漳聖王、九鯉湖仙公祖和郭聖王,今分別供奉於內湖、板橋和汐止;清乾隆中葉,林氏開墾內湖區的南半部。又依據<內湖公館庄武身開漳聖王廟沿革>中,所記述「…為團結庄內林氏宗親,首先結合卅四人及黃管家、周掌櫃二人,計卅六人,創立神明會,並以聖王公為精神寄託,…」。此係林氏開發內湖時,最早結合同宗族人奉祀神明之始。 最初,三十六人結盟的「武身開漳聖王神明會」,是以爐主輪值方式,奉祀神像於民宅內;此尊神像經常出駕為信眾「治病」,驅魔趕邪。日治中期,日人趨以嚴格管理臺灣民間宗教信仰,導致該信仰組織,由盛轉衰,組織縮編,再以「十份內公字號(為林朝棟、林仲記、林漳興、林興記、黃合興、林鶴興、林興茂、林阿頭、林德勝、周永記)」結盟,輪流祭拜。 民國七十年間,前湖興里長林山峰,提供粉寮農舍一間,安座該神像,成立「公館庄武身開漳聖王廟」管理委員會,林山峰擔任首屆主任委員;歷任主任委員,有林新貴、林清輝、林文龍、林宏仁及林金榜。八十年底,基隆河截彎取直工程,該廟因而被拆除。後遷廟於文德路。現今落腳於內湖路三段。 歷年的農曆二月十五日,是公館庄武身開漳聖王的誕辰慶典日,信眾們虔誠的慶祝一番;開漳聖王出巡遶境,街道兩側商家、住戶,皆備妥牲禮,鳴炮相迎;遶境、過火場面,盛況非常。 值此半山腰處於此清靜之地,感受開漳聖王在百多年前以彼慈悲護佑開拓仍未成為寶島的蠻荒之地的先民,廟前大埕可遠眺內湖區,從日治時代開始,每年農曆二月十五日,正是是公館庄武身開漳聖王的誕辰慶典日,信眾們虔誠的慶祝一番;開漳聖王出巡遶境,目的在守護鄉里、佑民平安,街道兩側商家、住戶,皆備妥牲禮,鳴炮相迎;遶境、過火場面,盛況非常。也成為內湖地區每年重大的宗教盛會。 而於每周六下午二時亦有問事的服務,為內湖地區香火鼎盛的神祗。
