It took half a year for the equipment to be sent for repair, and I didn't proactively contact, and finally I didn't know where the fault was ..., so the service quality .... :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They feature service and sales of Danish high end speakers and audio gear and this is where I get my Genelecs taken care of. The engineer is a real friendly guy and I trust his sense of priority and engineering skills. They do work on hard to service audio gear.and its conveniently located 2 minutes fro. the Sherwood Hotel.
It is a service shop, pretty cut and dry as it should be. I just like to admire the goods and the clean tech area and feel that I am in good hands. small shop talk about speaker specs and now will patiently wait while my beloved studio monitors are brought up to spec.
