★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 身為一個南港人，這間可以說是從小吃到大的自助餐店，最愛吃紅槽肉和特製雞排，因為紅槽肉非常新鮮，肉質是白色的。有別於市場自己去買的紅槽肉又黑、又硬、又很鹹。
友怡自助餐特別是他們早上八、九點就開店了，那時候紅槽肉剛煮好端上來，那時候吃是最好吃的！肉質軟嫩又帶點甜味，讓我都把便當當成早餐吃！
特製雞排飯也很下飯，是用滷的，不是炸的，所以可以淋著醬汁配飯吃！

The special chicken cutlet rice is also served, it is marinated, not fried, so it can be served with rice in the sauce!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主餐玫瑰油雞好吃,量算多。滷汁是比較傳統的味道,我喜歡,附菜以吃過的便當而言量和味道都有到中上。訂餐時老闆娘很客氣,送餐也很準時,再加上價格75算是CP值頗高的便當了,實際分數大概能給到4.5,4.7覺得有點高所以給四顆星。

同業少見的許多外省家常菜口味任選 紅醩肉 京醬肉絲 紅燒獅子頭 麻婆豆腐 馬頭魚 紅目鰱 秋刀魚都是我經常內用或是外帶盒餐 .. 建議晚餐時間要提早於17:30 稍晚可能青菜類就賣光了 只剩葷食主菜 !
