★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1984建廟，2001重建。中型廟宇，正殿主祀九天玄姆，右殿供奉玉皇上帝，左殿供奉瑤池金母。另有旁殿忠孝堂，主祀關聖帝君，右側陪祀孚佑帝君及豁落靈官，左側陪祀司命真君及岳武穆王。參拜道路遙遠，有兩道牌樓及修緣居禪所，但廟内不允許照相。
