這兩天看了朋友分享的文章前來嘗鮮看看, 想說已經很久沒吃過好吃的傳統雞排, 可能是自己一開始期望太高, 所以吃了有一點失落的感覺, 一份80元雖稱不上好吃, 但也不算難吃, 店面很文青風, 手機掃瞄線上點餐很環保, 可惜皮偏硬, 肉不夠多汁, 對個人來說還不到需要特地前來吃的程度 :)

下午三點才開,但兩點多就有人在問可以買了嗎?一間未開門就被期待著的雞排店,雞排有分脆皮跟傳統的口味,在於表面那層粉跟醃製的不同,我點了脆皮看有多脆,脆皮雞肉很多在賣,在拿到的當下,外觀看起來不脆皮,皮看起來很薄,但一入口那層皮非常非常的脆,令我感到意外,因爲並沒有一般脆皮炸雞排那層厚重的粉皮,但口感給人非常的爽脆,油溫的控制恰好,咬完一口肉汁的噴發,是證明這塊雞排肉汁的保留及嫩脆感!雞肉厚度也相當紮實,另外點的炸節瓜,蔬菜比肉類更不好炸,因爲掌控不好水粉會流失,吃到滿口油,但他們做的非好,徹底的保留蔬菜本身的水份,聽我講好像很誇張,請務必試試他們炸蔬菜的部分,會挺令人驚喜!很少吃炸物的我,這間會是我一個月內會想二訪的店!
