過去在荃灣
吃叉燒飯 或蔥油叉燒撈公仔麵
一定都有油蔥
“而且要切細” “要鹹”
台北有很多家都沒加 例如鳳城就是
漏了油蔥 是仍然好吃沒錯
但我不太可能給滿分
叉燒的甜 要搭油蔥的香 鹹 油
才有層次 才能提味
有些朋友甚至會再加碼辣椒醬油
吃起來更夠味
這家香港陳記 很普通的店面
但吃過多次 我首次在台給滿分
風味 份量 價格 油蔥 全部過關
沒有內地師傅到香港做的過鹹
也保有南甜底子
地嘢我好鍾意 好食㗎！
