★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近期搬家,在網路上找到並連絡請他們清運,來了一群年青人態度很好,也很親切,在每清運一車就告知並確認没問題才載走,因為雜物很多,一個下午無法完成,一直到晚上近19:30先告一段落,每個工作人員都還保持笑容,很有禮貌,感覺年青人認真努力工作,還能有好的態度真的不簡單!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 呃….只說自己的體驗。第一個:是到現場鑑價時,來鑑定的小姐很明顯新手上路,拿取打開作品的手法很生疏,看作品不太會看,連作者是誰也搞錯(基本可能連台灣在學的美術系學生大部分都會知道,何況您這是要在業界鑑定鑑價的人員)。可能真的剛入行吧?
第二個:過了1分鐘左右吧,應該是老闆來了劈裡啪啦的裝備倒是很齊全,一下放大鏡,一下拿燈照印章的,馬上問東西從哪裡來的?我回答完後,沒幾秒說東西不太對吧?(東西保證確定真跡)我詢問老闆他是如何判定?結果拿圖說故事了…我明白老闆說的那些藝術家特質,我也讚同!但繞了一圈,結果是以帶去的作品沒有作者「某些主題」的特徵來判定「此類主題」作品可能不對。意思我個人聽起來就有點像只有鴿血紅才是紅寶石,其餘色階就不是紅寶石的感覺。
個人感覺說不好聽一點回答專業問題不會多想一下。
第三個:再來是比較傻眼的,「鑑價服務」我不知道是我對鑑價這兩個字的認知錯誤還是怎樣,訊問鑑價後,總是繞來繞去不回答。
老闆說幫你代拍看看?我回答沒關係,想來鑑價看看。
然後我又再問了一次「鑑定後如何?你們鑑價怎麼看?」老闆回說你是賣斷嗎?你想賣多少?你出多少?
我後來問這不是鑑定鑑價服務嗎?我要知道您鑑價怎麼看,東西您認為的行情。 結果還是重複問我要多少出,然後!!就要走了?!去看下一個人,走之前還又轉頭問了「不然你要開價多少?你要賣多少?類似這種問句之類的?」
總之~最後是沒有鑑價,反而要看我自己多少想脫手。

Maybe it’s really new to the industry, right?
The second one: After about 1 minute, it should be the boss who came and cracked the equipment, but the equipment is very complete. I clicked the magnifying glass, and took the lamp to shine the seal. I immediately asked where did the things come from? After I answered, I said something was wrong within a few seconds, right? (The thing is guaranteed to confirm the authenticity) I asked the boss how he judged it? In the end, I took pictures to tell the story... I understand the characteristics of the artist that the boss said, and I agree! But after a circle, the result is that the works that I brought do not have the characteristics of the author's "certain themes" to judge that the works of "this kind of theme" may be wrong. It means I personally sound a bit like only pigeon blood red is ruby, and the rest of the color scale is not ruby.
Personally, I don’t think it sounds good to answer professional questions without thinking about it.
The third one: I’m dumbfounded again. I don’t know if it’s my misunderstanding of the two words "valuation service."
The boss said to help you take a look? I answered that it’s okay, I want to come and have a look.
Then I asked again, "What happens after the appraisal? What do you think about the price evaluation?" The boss replied that you were sold out? How much do you want to sell? How much do you pay?
I asked later, isn’t this an appraisal service? I want to know how you look at the valuation and what you think the market is. In the end, I still asked how much I wanted, and then! ! About to go? ! I went to see the next person. Before I left, I turned my head and asked, "Otherwise, how much do you want to offer? How much do you want to sell? Something like this kind of question ?"
In short~ In the end, there is no evaluation, but it depends on how much I want to get rid of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度不佳,約定時間來家裡看藝術品收購,事前我們將相關問題,以及大約價格範圍,說明清楚。卻反倒說我們問題太多,並單方取消約定會面,請我們再找人來看。並回覆如果他們開價不賣,還要收三千鑑價費。那網頁上的標示免費到府鑑價,根本騙人。難怪Google評分這麼差,請大家找這件店真的要三思。

貨真真假假,但對於行家來說,只要沒人惡意競標都是會有賺頭。

工讀生過於忙碌,經常帶看貨,大部分看了不下標或其他因素,態度並不總是和顏悅色。
但也是有那麽的唯一例外,裡面一位負責電腦工程的小哥哥,偶爾串場帶看服務,其服務熱忱有禮且講話實在帶點幽默。如果能選擇帶看員,必定指定他!
