一進門看到一位身高較高穿酒紅色衣服的男店員很熱心的在接待他的客人,我則是由一位年紀較大的男店員接待。
過程中都是由我提出要坐哪幾款椅子,並詢問如何椅子調整,那位店員都是站在旁邊等我問才說,也沒有主動將椅子推到桌子旁模擬工作場景,(是看到熱心的男店員介紹他客人時做的我才跟著做)
我身高較高,想試坐可以靠腳的椅子,直接被講說我太高腳根本靠不了(我沒有試坐的權利?)
因回話態度愛理不理,也沒關心我的身材適合現場哪幾款椅子,於是我也根本不想理那位店員,轉向熱心的男店員請教問題,回應的很棒有讓我感受到專業的介紹。
最後詢問家住淡水,是否能夠在本週日1/30前送到,一樣直接被打槍
說送不了只能過年後,在這過程中我聽到熱心男店員說他淡水還有幾趟(在我聽來是還有機會),那位不禮貌的大哥直接說送不了,最後我說好,他就直接轉身離開,服務態度差到我離開前直接在店裡說了一句服務態度真差!
在去店裡之前也帶好了銀兩,想著現場試坐後滿意就直接下單,如今天服務我的是那位熱心男店員,我一定現場下單,年後送到都沒問題
