★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 收銀人員手拿過錢後，隨即轉身徒手抓生鮮水餃，未先消毒或戴手套。Covid-19 已經持續這麼久了，訝異餐飲業店員還沒有養成消毒雙手的習慣⋯⋯
曾經和店員反應過，但依然見到此景象。
After the cashier took the money in his hand, he turned around and grabbed the fresh dumplings with his bare hands, without first disinfecting or wearing gloves. Covid-19 has been going on for so long. I was surprised that the clerk in the restaurant industry has not developed the habit of disinfecting their hands...
I once reacted to the clerk, but I still see this scene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 內用要點鍋貼說沒有鍋貼了 ，而且還是我走進去內用主動說沒鍋貼了哦。
只好改點水餃，吃到一半又看到煎台在煎鍋貼。 實在有夠神奇，去問店員怎又有鍋貼了。
連一句不好意思都沒講，回我 剛剛的弟弟不會煎！ 真是有趣啊
The inner pot stickers said that there are no pot stickers, and I walked in and said that there were no pot stickers.
Had to change some dumplings, and halfway through the meal, I saw the frying station on the frying pan. It's amazing enough to ask the clerk why there are pot stickers again.
Didn't even say a word of embarrassment, back to me, the brother just now can't fry! Really interesting

2011年10月10日，八方雲集成立八方雲集社會福利慈善事業基金會，創辦人為林家鈺，目前基金會頁面失效。截至2020年1月10日，台灣共有1139店鋪，2021年7月 集團總門店數1261家[8]。
Bafang Yunji is a Taiwanese multinational table-top noodle chain[1][2]. It was established in 1998. Its founder is Lin Jiayu, and its main products are pot stickers and dumplings[3][4]. Since 2008, the business base has been expanded to Hong Kong [5], and in 2010, the Hong Kong area has been opened to join. It is tied with Sihai Youlong as the top two chain restaurants in Taiwan [6][7].
On October 10, 2011, Bafang Yunji established Bafang Yunji Social Welfare Charity Foundation. The founder is Lin Jiayu. The foundation page is currently invalid. As of January 10, 2020, there were 1,139 stores in Taiwan, and in July 2021, the total number of stores in the group was 1,261[8].

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點完餐要去買其他的，跟店員說之後回來，回去拿的時候，我的還沒好， 但是，等了20分鐘後的結果是我後面5個號碼都比我早拿到，我最晚拿到。
After I ordered my meal, I was going to buy something else. I told the clerk and came back. When I went back to get it, mine wasn't ready yet. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, the result was that the last 5 numbers I received were earlier than me. Get it late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生意非常好，出餐速度就會影響，但人員們的態度都非常友善，不會因為出餐速度慢就感覺到不愉快，感謝這一間店的員工讓我有雖然做晚了，但態度是真的非常和善舒適的感受。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上次經過吃的時候店內環境跟餐盤明顯乾淨許多，不知道是不是這個時段的差異，餐盤因為水漬感覺有點髒，不過餐點是水準以上的表現。
Last time I ate, the environment in the store was much cleaner than the plates. I don’t know if it’s a difference during this period. The plates were a bit dirty because of water stains, but the meals were above the standard.
