★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常感謝上週五在診所可做pcr的第一天,陳醫師與診所同仁就在很多流程都不太清楚的狀況下協助完成採檢,並且超快就電話通知我們結果。
星期一再次去採檢,儘管人較多,同仁也是非常親切的引導,並且一樣超快就通知檢驗結果。
平心而論我不在乎是否可以在任何系統看到自己是否確診,畢竟如果醫師都已經主動電話簡訊聯繫,做好自己的隔離措施好好在家養病即可。
再次感謝陳醫師以及診所同仁的幫忙
(另外,如果診所被衛生局開罰9萬,我願意捐出微薄的3500押金)
Thank you very much for the first day of PCR in the clinic last Friday. Dr. Chen and colleagues in the clinic assisted in completing the test when many procedures were unclear, and they notified us of the results by phone very quickly.
I went to take the test again on Monday. Although there were many people, my colleagues were very kind and guided, and the test results were notified as quickly as possible.
In all fairness, I don’t care whether I can see whether I have been diagnosed in any system. After all, if the doctor has already taken the initiative to contact by phone and text message, you can take your own isolation measures and recuperate at home.
Thanks again to Dr. Chen and colleagues in the clinic for their help
(In addition, if the clinic is fined 90,000 by the health bureau, I am willing to donate a meager deposit of 3,500)

I am very grateful to Dr. Chen and the nurses of the clinic for their willingness to help with PCR testing under such severe epidemic situation. I took my 8-year-old daughter to take the test on 5/9. The queue was long, but the doctor was still kind and professional, and the nursing staff They are also very patient. Although the PCR upload is a few days slow, I believe that the clinic has done its best to solve the problem! In such a difficult time, I hope everyone can be more tolerant and considerate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在疫情越來越嚴重的情況下,其實所有的醫護人員都很辛苦。他們沒有義務要幫我們任何一個人,但是他們一直都在。很謝謝陳醫師和整個護理團隊很有耐心的安排大家排隊,說明細節。同一句話他們每天可能要跟一百個人講,但是他們不嫌煩。我今天去做PCR,整個流程和感受都讓我感受到團隊的用心,溫暖。我覺得在這疫情嚴峻的社會,大家互相體諒,真的很重要。謝謝你們。有你們真好。
As the epidemic situation is getting worse and worse, all medical staff are actually working very hard. They are under no obligation to help any of us, but they are always there. Many thanks to Dr. Chen and the entire nursing team for patiently arranging everyone to line up and explaining the details. They may have to say the same sentence to a hundred people a day, but they don't get bored. I went to do PCR today, and the whole process and feelings made me feel the heart and warmth of the team. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常感謝貴診所願意挺身協助PCR業務,使病者無需挺著不適、等待數小時被檢測。
當初考量人龍及群聚風險,還好發現能在此診所PCR檢測,便讓家人在此檢測。
雖然等了數天才在系統上有資料,不確定究竟原因為何,但還是很感謝貴診所讓家人可以就近、快速進行快篩。
只能怪政府沒有超前部署、很多事情倉促上線,必定有執行上的問題。譬如快塞陽及確診,很多居隔者因為沒拿到通知書,診所說資格不符,不進行視訊確認。
在這之前同事中就有人局隔結束後才拿到通知書。
希望前幾天遇到講話很虛弱的護士已恢復活力。
最後希望大家能善待醫生、護士!他們真的很辛苦,被上面的人壓著往前。決策不是他們下的,他們只是配合執行的人。

We can only blame the government for not deploying in advance, and many things have been launched in a hurry. There must be problems in implementation. For example, for Kuaisaiyang and the diagnosis, many people living apart from each other did not receive the notice, and the clinic said they did not meet the qualifications and did not conduct video confirmation.
Before that, some of my colleagues received the notice after the quarantine was over.
I hope the nurse who encountered a very weak speech the other day has recovered.
Finally, I hope everyone can be kind to doctors and nurses! They were really working hard and were pushed forward by the people above. Decisions are not made by them, they are just people who cooperate with the implementation.

疫情期間並不是每家診所都願意暴露風險來增設檢測站,
當天非常感謝護士小姐們耐心的幫忙,
資料上傳真的不是診所的問題,
我也致電至政府機關,
他們給予的回覆都是處理中,
或是等待上傳才可以相關作業,
一切來得如此突然,
相關系統連接本來就不是簡單的事情,
花了三個小時解決,真的已經很快速了!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前幾天去做PCR,護士非常耐心的說明,號碼牌抽到幾號的,大概幾點到幾點再過來就好,有貼心考量到確診者身體不適,要長時間排隊的困難。
過程中一直看到護士來回耐心的跟病患一遍又一遍的說明,期間還有看到可能是鄰居過來抱怨排隊動線的問題,護士也非常有耐心的回覆,言詞中聽的出醫院的無奈,畢竟醫院門口就這麼大,要容納那麼多人排隊,隊伍往哪邊延伸,左右店家、住戶也都會有話說,畢竟這些排隊的人,都是快篩陽性患者,但這些有型與無形的壓力,醫護人員也都為我們承擔。
最令我感動的一幕,有一位患者家屬,不曉得有什麼原因,離開了排隊的地方,走向斜對角的藥局去,我就看著護士為了找這一位患者家屬,冒著下雨的天氣,跑到對面找她,只為了跟她說話,然後又冒雨跑回來,繼續她崗位上的工作。
只能說陳醫師請了一批非常用心以及愛心的醫護人員,盡心盡力做好準備,來服務這些病患,在此給醫護人員獻上感謝與鼓勵,您們辛苦了!繼續加油!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以下為實際在陳建業做PCR的經過,內容很長,但我想一堆人會發火不是沒原因的,你們第一時間沒有主動告知有發生狀況,5/6做的PCR卻告知5/10去退費時才上傳,這中間因為"身分未明"就只能在家裡傻等,等到資料收到了,資訊又有錯導致無法處理下一步。
5/6: 快篩陽性打1922詢問下一步,1922告知有新的3間診所可做PCR,但都需要先電話預約,於是下午打陳建業診所,知悉不用預約可以直接過去故到現場。速度很快不到半小時內即結束,只是必須先付3500元,後續再辦理退費。
5/7: 晚上收到訊息兩封,上面只有寫兩個字"陽性"。我查詢CDC網站,是會收到有一個網址可以填寫回報確診的簡訊才對
5/8: 打給1922和台北衛生局查詢不到資料,只能先電話申報資料讓對方將資料回送
5/9:打給1922和台北衛生局,還是查不到資料。下午又收到訊息(和陽性的簡訊來源相同)告知"請持卡回來退費"
>>請問診所有告知上傳有問題這件事嗎?
我請家人協助過去退費並詢問怎麼查不到資料一事,帶甚麼卡也沒交代所以跑了兩趟才完成,診所只告訴家人資料都已經上傳了
5/10:打給1922和文山區關懷中心,關懷中心問說聽起來是診所應該沒有上傳成功,我一直打診所一直不接,好不容易接了問我資料,然後說一句5/10已經上傳請再等等後就急著要掛掉
>>請問為什麼是到5/10才上傳?
5/12: 再次打1922和台北衛生局,仍然還是沒資料,看到診所發的最新消息,想說打了也沒用只能等
5/13:早上看到健保快易通上面有陽性的報告了,要辦理回報卻因為上面的電話又是寫診所電話,無法在網路上回報成功,問1922和台北衛生局,他們也沒辦法幫我們更改,只好用他們去手改通報....
幸運的是我們和同室的兩個小小孩並沒有嚴重到需要送急診,我們也沒力氣去罵診所,但我試問,這種處理方式的院所,會讓人信任嗎?
