辦理健保轉出,被多收一個月不合理的工會費跟互助金,當下有提出異議,但還是不退費。聽說常常有人跟他們有爭執。非常不建議大家來這邊投保。這邊每年送的爛禮物也真的是非常爛到不行。別浪費錢被強迫推銷。

109年的5月13日解說員公會終於打電話告知「請撥空來領回106年退費的錢」通知的時候還補一句「都沒人通知叫妳來領嗎?」 「傻眼」就是我對「解說員工會」的評價! 這輩子都不會改變!只想告訴這位大姐,現在已經是109年了耶,對於106年當時加入工會半年!若不是因為感冒去看醫生健保卡不能刷!我大概永遠都不會知道繳錢卻沒投保的秘密! ————————————————————— 一顆星都不想給!裡面的員工作業流程鬆散,收錢很快但收了錢之後你卻不會知道他們怎麼作業!我健保都繳了半年!有一次看醫生健保卡不能刷!打去健保局問,健保局的人跟我說我半年沒繳錢了!立馬打給工會的人,他們在打去健保局然後3個小時後就可以使用!明顯人為作業疏失導致權益受損! 事後自己跑一趟健保局發現未投保是因為資料不符,但工會從來沒提過「就這樣繼續收錢」!如果不是我健保卡不能刷!我不知道要這樣傻傻的白白繳錢他們到什麼時候! 由於親自跑一趟健保局,當時健保局人員告知三個月之後健保局會退費。終於等到工會小姐打給我告知我可以去領!撥空去的時候整間屋子裡面就3個人!!恐怖的來了!開始上演一齣是誰打給我的!?沒有接手到預留要給我的錢啊?!到底是誰打電話的?!!最後小姐還直接跟我說:妳要不要之後在打電話來問可不可以領?! 我就直接跟她說:可不可以請妳們確認後可以領在打電話告訴我!(立刻離開!真不敢相信一家工會能扯成這樣!人為作業疏失!內部溝通有問題!來到這家恐怖工會發生問題算你倒霉!)

回覆業主:您好,您也誤會了什麼喔,您所說的是勞保部分,而我並未保勞保。 強調的是:常年會費、互助金、及額外規定的團保,您可以先搞清楚狀況再做回覆,謝謝。 另外,您提到"很多夥伴都誤會服務人員刁難",那為何那麼多夥伴都會對您們有所誤解?也許各種規則都先釐清,您們才不會常常被誤會喔! 今日7/30詢問辦理退出公會的事宜,電話中服務人員是客氣的,但很訝異得知7月底辦理退會,會連同8月份的常年會費、互助金、及額外規定的團保一起收取後,方可退會,當下覺得太不可思議,跟服務人員說我需要思考是否要繳交再來電。 過了沒幾分鐘,實在是.....怎麼想都覺得不合常理,但剛好是周五,公會六日不上班,再拖就真的到8月了。想著 "也許是我自己聽錯了吧",覺得有必要再打電話確認同時也直接退會,就沒人接了,可能剛好下班。 查詢資料的時候對照地圖,剛好看到解說員公會,好奇點進來看,才發現「有其他人也有類似被收不合理費用」的經驗,決定上來留言。 真心希望是我聽錯,但無論如何不會用惡意評論溝通,待釐清並解決完此事會再視真實狀況上來調整留言,有誤的地方一定修正。 這邊也提醒需要加保的各行各業朋友們,每家公會的規定不同,費用落差也不同,但不是每間公會都會事先將遊戲規則講清楚,甚至有些公會開始多收費用了也不會告知,自己的權益還是要自己多了解喔!
