Best Sushi restaurant in Taiwan

S	Solomon Mengeu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A California style sushi place in Hualien, pretty original recipes and tastes. They also had some set meals and soups, but the star of the show is the many varieties of sushi. Be sure to try the crab salad, good stuff.

It is so close to where I stayed (kindness hotel) which is also around 5-10 mins walk to the train station. Food was really tasty. I ordered 3 different plates (salmon-rice set/combo, eel-rice set/combo and angels roll i guess). High quality of food and the quantity match the price too. Free hot tea following your order. The chef who is probably the owner suggested the roll which were really good and presented beautifully. There are wide enough choices of rolls and other japenese menu. Service was polite throughout the dinner. Restaurant closes at 9pm, so better come for dinner before 7.30 to have a more relaxing time and not feel too rush.
