有的炸過頭 有的過油 有得不夠新鮮 有的調味過重
這次點了
鹹酥雞
雞屁股
雞皮
芋頭餅
加了大蒜和洋蔥
雖然口味不是多驚艷 至少炸的都在水準之上
吃過很多鹹酥雞的我覺得非常欣慰
不過油 不炸過頭 食材非常新鮮 連芋頭餅都是
洋蔥和大蒜也是當天現切 非常清脆
