★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不同於別家的三媽用酒精膏要一直補充、北成店是用瓦斯爐、很方便 吃到最後一碗還是熱呼呼的、而且冷氣夠強 ，夏天來吃也不會熱。注意一下他用的鍋子 居然很深很大鍋、不是用淺鍋、所以料多又吃超飽的。環境方面也很大間寬敞、130元就可以享受到二百多元刷刷鍋的價值、白飯也很合我的胃口、紅茶喝到飽、醬料多樣、很推薦來吃看看。
貼心的備有放包包的籃子
（今天點的是麻辣鴨血鍋才140元 ，除了鴨血豆腐還有附肉片 白飯、滿滿的料、男生吃都超飽的、麻辣夠香、辣度可選擇）
再訪：問老闆才只知道他們北成分店自己的高湯頭都是真材實料用蔬菜去熬的（不是每家都一樣哦）難怪吃起來比別家分店好吃

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 首先印入眼簾的就是現代化的裝潢，座位間距寬敞，員工推車送餐也不覺擁擠，餐具放置於透明箱中，不知有無殺菌效果。醬料碟子較深且不是免洗，使用時較不會溢出，白飯是鍋上了才送來，煮的粒粒分明還不錯，桌面上是採涮涮鍋類的瓦斯管線，自己來控制火力，自然也不需加酒精膏，不過鍋送上來也跟涮涮鍋一樣要自己煮，跟其他分店煮好送來不太一樣，這樣人多同時光臨時，比較不會卡在廚房煮鍋。
洗手間有許多間，分散人潮之外，感覺也是有在維護。服務人員態度親切，以後想吃三媽又多了一個新選擇。
