★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 超爛的！搭過兩次司機脾氣都很差，開車速度很快自己要注意招手，車滿了就不載了超恐怖，重點是很容易滿！大部份都是要去機場趕搭飛機的，就這樣不載只能馬上自己想辦法

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大有巴士素質非常差，從司機.售票員.機場站務員.和電話客服員服務態度口氣都很差勁，客訴後請主管回電，也從來沒有來過一通電話，公司員工混到這種地步。總而言之這間客運公司有問題，新聞報導之前評鑑拿過乙等，財務也有過問題，上梁不正下梁歪，是台北地區我有生以來見過最爛的客運公司。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本以前坐這車很方便，也挺準時，結果近月來班次非常不準太誇張！我非常喜歡以前的司機，技術好開很快！但是現在的司機開車非常慢龜速就算了，技術差一直重踩剎車，以前的早班司機約半小時就到了，現在的早班司機要花一個半小時才到～～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的爛，大有一直都很爛，難怪台北客運笑呵呵，桃園機場上車還問我有沒有劃位，老子搭了30次以上，民國幾年有劃位？，貴公司向來沒有規劃， 曾經多次看人坐滿搭不上，就等下一班，這種非常抗疫時期能坐滿就偷笑了好唄，還要侯位單幹啥，行李都是看司機心情要不要拿下來 ，多次看人爬進去拿，都可以省去
