中央區域為機車的停車場，感覺上停放很混亂。
地下3層的停車場，竟然還區分東西兩邊，而且不相通。
地下3樓的停車場是機械式的，感覺悶熱。
公設在各樓一樓，有電子鎖管制，管理室的使用規定沒有統一，要申請還要跑來跑去。
