用心製作手工餅乾的「賀蜜雅」，這份堅持來自於一位花蓮鄉下的客家姑娘，從單純的家庭主婦到牧場的廚娘、保險業務員，都用心做到最好，在一次聚會中，偶然品嘗到美味的糕點，一同與會的大兒子相當喜愛，但因數量有限，大兒子只能吃到一份，當時那種失望的眼神，讓這位花蓮姑娘印象深刻。就這樣，花蓮姑娘創立了「賀蜜雅」，一路走來，堅持用最好的原料，製作真正的好糕點與餅乾給大家。賀蜜雅=好東西(台語)
