位於基隆廟口的小店,住基隆的朋友強烈推薦。今天享用的是排骨飯,排骨先炸過再滷,滷的相當入味!配菜是酸菜與高麗菜,搭配上滷汁一起配飯吃的味道相當不錯!
A small shop located at the entrance of the Keelung Temple, highly recommended by friends who live in Keelung. Today I enjoyed the ribs rice. The ribs were fried first and then marinated. The marinade was quite delicious! The side dishes are sauerkraut and cabbage, and it tastes very good with rice with marinade!

排骨先炸再滷非常入味,而白飯淋上了醬汁搭配上酸菜,一碗濕潤鹹香飯搭配誘人的炸滷排,好吃到爆炸。

有時候,吃的不是氣味,而是一種回味.....從小就愛吃米飯的我,也因為小時候家境不是那麼地寬裕,一口配菜,往往就能讓我扒上一大碗白飯,這家位於基隆廟口的滷排骨飯攤位,一直是我非常喜歡,也是百吃不膩的一攤,滷得極深層的排骨,醬汁分布勻稱,且十分入味,肉質本身容易入口咀嚼,不柴又保有彈性,一直是個稱職又出色的主角,但常伴左右的配角 - 筍乾跟白菜,味道也是不讓排骨專美於前的,之前吃過其他家的筍乾,化學酸氣太嗆,這家的完全沒有,白菜的部份,也不會就是個稀巴爛的一貫煮法,讓白菜還是維持住一定的爽脆感,吃起來才不會因為是外帶,悶住而讓白菜容易軟爛而不好吃!唯一美中不足的是,白飯煮得有點過熟,米心煮得太軟,顯得有些可惜,不過,以整體來說,個人是覺得不錯吃,畢竟還是有些回憶存在,另外,不喜歡滷排骨的捧油,滷雞腿跟控肉飯也是另外不錯的選項,歡迎大家找時間去品嚐一下那股魂牽夢縈的絕妙好滋味。

Unappetizing! The only fly in the ointment is that the white rice is a bit overcooked, and the rice heart is too soft. It seems a pity. However, on the whole, I think it tastes good. After all, there are still some memories. In addition, I don’t like the braised pork ribs. Oil, braised chicken drumsticks, and pork-controlled rice are also other good options. I think the pork chop is their top dish. They fried the pork chop first then soak in their homemade sauce for a while. That mystery sauce makes the pork chop amazing!!!
