自從2011年一個不小心問在地的阿伯,基隆最在地的美食是什麼? 釣完魚的我們按照他的指示,來到了離港口很近的洪記稞仔湯!!!!驚為天人的老店!!! 大姐一生就好好做這一攤,豬腸子非常乾淨,我的愛人直說很脆很香甜,我是喜歡豬頭肉與嘴邊肉~^_^更不要提大骨熬出來的湯頭~^_^ 感謝這個店陪我們度過最痛苦與最快樂的時光!

這是家專營豬雜料理店,有麵、粿、粥,乾、湯、黑白切任君挑選,牛雜湯、麵比較常見,豬雜倒是少有尤其在北部雨港基隆,一向擅於將新鮮海產入菜,能以豬雜屹立超過一甲子在地老店,應該有其獨門手藝,要不然怎能有三家分店。 攤位上一鍋萬用油亮黃澄澄煮鍋,可汆燙所有食材也是湯底,點了豬腸粥+陽春麵,個人覺得味道都差不多,味道過重有點不習慣,國民美食滷肉飯香氣米粒Q度不到位,燙青菜澆頭有改善空間,大概習慣了中部的香噴噴爌肉飯口味緣故吧!.......

If it is not in place, there is room for improvement of the hot vegetable toppings. I am probably used to the fragrant savory pork rice in the middle. .......

從小吃到大,豬骨熬的粿仔條湯,可續湯。湯頭美味。
