粿仔條很Q，可以嚐鮮
豬頭肉很嫩，推薦必點
大腸頭嫩、處理得好；但是相較於豬頭肉，沒有驚艷感
黃瓜可以不用點
The soup tastes like a boiled broth, some people may find it salty, and it won’t be dry after drinking.
Kuey Tiao is very Q, you can try it fresh
The pork head is very tender, it is recommended
The large intestine is tender and well-processed; but compared to pork head, it is not amazing
You don’t need to order cucumber

釣完魚的我們按照他的指示，來到了離港口很近的洪記稞仔湯！！！！驚為天人的老店！！！
大姐一生就好好做這一攤，豬腸子非常乾淨，我的愛人直說很脆很香甜，我是喜歡豬頭肉與嘴邊肉～^_^更不要提大骨熬出來的湯頭～^_^
感謝這個店陪我們度過最痛苦與最快樂的時光！

The eldest sister has made this stall her whole life. The pig intestines are very clean. My lover said it is crispy and sweet. I like pork head meat and mouth meat~^_^not to mention the soup made from big bones~^_^
Thanks to this shop for accompany us through the most painful and happiest time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是家專營豬雜料理店，有麵、粿、粥，乾、湯、黑白切任君挑選，牛雜湯、麵比較常見，豬雜倒是少有尤其在北部雨港基隆，一向擅於將新鮮海產入菜，能以豬雜屹立超過一甲子在地老店，應該有其獨門手藝，要不然怎能有三家分店。
攤位上一鍋萬用油亮黃澄澄煮鍋，可汆燙所有食材也是湯底，點了豬腸粥+陽春麵，個人覺得味道都差不多，味道過重有點不習慣，國民美食滷肉飯香氣米粒Q度不到位，燙青菜澆頭有改善空間，大概習慣了中部的香噴噴爌肉飯口味緣故吧！.......
This is a restaurant specializing in pork miscellaneous cuisine. You can choose from noodles, kuih, porridge, dry, soup, black and white. Beef miscellaneous soup and noodles are more common. Pig miscellaneous is rare, especially in the northern Yugang Keelung. Fresh seafood and vegetables can stand more than one old local shop with pig offal. It should have its own unique craftsmanship. Otherwise, how can there be three branches.
There is a pot of all-purpose oil, bright yellow and chengcheng, but all the ingredients are blanched as the soup base. I ordered pig intestine porridge + Yangchun noodles. I personally feel that the taste is almost the same. The taste is too heavy and I am a bit uncomfortable. If it is not in place, there is room for improvement of the hot vegetable toppings. I am probably used to the fragrant savory pork rice in the middle. .......
