實際我想打4.5顆星,因為剛到店面時,女服務生一副愛理不理,問了有來過嗎,,我們回沒有,他也不會介紹菜色直接叫另一個來介紹,叫來的也只是概略介紹一下,當下對這間店映象不是很好。直到老闆過來點餐,整個積極度跟介紹菜色都好很多,也給很多的菜色建議要怎麼配,例如本來鹽烤魚是選石斑(比較貴),老闆建議這做法台灣鯛(便宜)比較好吃,點了米粉湯也不斷幫忙補湯還有教小卷的吃法,整體菜色好吃,廁所也很乾淨,是還蠻推薦多人聚餐。

I ordered the rice noodle soup and I continued to help make up the soup and teach how to eat small rolls. The overall dishes are delicious and the toilets are clean. It is quite recommended for multi-person gatherings.

餐廳特色是取用原住民三寶中的刺蔥和馬告來搭配各種料理 無論是海鮮或肉類都能蹦出特別的好滋味~ 詢問老闆才知道刺蔥並不是蔥類,並不會有蔥類的味道(怕蔥的不用擔心) 反而帶著特殊的香氣~(我個人覺得比較像迷迭或薄荷的那種香氣) 像刺蔥海鮮沙拉這道菜,沾些許特製刺蔥醬,真的特別好吃 這次我們主要都搭配各種原民料理 像刺蔥海鮮沙拉、刺蔥馬告雞湯、馬告雞翅、刺蔥蝦捲、鹽封鯛魚(腹內塞了刺蔥梗和馬告調味) 再各搭配一道涼菜(六斑刺河豚)和主食(雙彩雞油飯) 一個人大約五百塊,吃的豐富又滿足 非常推薦喔~

將原住民特色香料:馬告、刺蔥與中式口味改良的特色餐廳,值得您在探尋阿根納造船廠與正濱漁港後停留下品嚐這不一樣的基隆美食。 其中最讓我驚艷的是馬告蛤蜊雞湯,馬告的獨特風味配上鮮嫩而不柴的雞肉,完美融合在蛤蜊鮮湯裡。 唯獨餐廳的位置比較不好找,位在經過造船廠遺址後大約200公尺處的原住民文化會館二樓。

The salt crusted fish tastes great and fresh! A good place to enjoy the Indigenous flavors. The Kung Pao flying fish is so special, shouldn’t miss it.
