★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次上貴店消費，櫃檯小姐態度冷漠到極點，好像客人是要飯的，愛理不理，奇怪！你們不是日系的商店嗎？最講求待客的禮節，怎麼此員工沒作過教育訓練嗎？叫人真失望！
但隔兩天再去，兩個帥哥服務態度親切和藹，迥然不同於那位小姐，所以又恢復了對「爭鮮」的信心囉！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爭鮮的品項本來就不多，這家應該是不多中再多幾項的爭鮮，服務很好，從入店到帶位點餐都有專人服務，唯一小缺點是味噌湯偏鹹，結帳時有回應一下，店員馬上致歉並不計算湯的價錢，結帳時另一位店員也再次致歉並說可即時通知，做湯品調整或更換，食物就正常發揮，但比循環站上的那家，壽司料翻車、醋飯缺角的品質優秀多了。

我在貴店與在基隆其他分店消費的體驗差距甚大，期望貴店多所努力！
