★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 表面上說是管理嚴格，但是我個人偏向管委會在極度限縮住戶權利的前提下加諸對住戶的限制，以及公設使用率都極居爭議。
管委對於頂樓漏水的情況張顯處理能力的不足與欠缺溝通能力，我認為這是有必要加強的地方。
先前處理重機車位的議題上，也在在暴露出消極的處理方式。因為相較於其它社區，已經少掉了很多管理公設上的麻煩，不了解管理能力的不足還是其它不明原因，這有很多的探討空間。

The management committee has shown the lack of handling capacity and lack of communication ability in the case of water leakage from the top floor. I think this is a place that needs to be strengthened.
The issue of dealing with heavy locomotive parking spaces has also exposed negative treatment methods. Because compared to other communities, a lot of troubles in managing public facilities have been eliminated, and the lack of understanding of management capabilities or other unknown reasons has a lot of room for discussion.
