It's rather a family style teppanyaki restaurant, and you need to come often enough to see if consistency is maintained. There were several take out orders under preparation during my stay, and as per the comments from others you could feel the inconsistency, but I was glad that I had a good overall dining experience tonight, and I hope I'm lucky next time!!
