老闆很好看我開車去，說幫我把酒燒久一點，比較沒酒味，怕警察開單酒駕，還告訴我說薑母要吃喔！
The owner’s kind soup is great and authentic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯頭還可以酒味夠重，跟一般霸味重口味路線不太一樣，但是菜直接放托盤上……不是盤子上??其他配料就很一般粗糙的火鍋料而已
The soup can also have a strong alcoholic taste, which is not the same as the general flavor and heavy taste route, but the dishes are placed directly on the tray...not on the plate?? The other ingredients are just rough hot pot ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃過這麼多家的薑母鴨，今天第一次吃到這家的，天啊！鴨肉完全不會乾澀，湯頭味道又濃，價格又便宜，老闆又客氣，吃完後真心納入我的口袋名單中，以後吃薑母鴨來這家就穩對了。
I have eaten so many ginger ducks, and this is the first time I have eaten this one today, my God! The duck meat is not dry at all, the soup is rich in taste, the price is cheap, and the owner is polite. After eating it, I sincerely included it in my pocket list. It will be safe to eat ginger duck in the future.
