★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區總幹事一昧聽從管委會越權指示，不但沒以專業的角度解決問題，只是將責任推卸給管委會的決定。此外本人已詢問過疫情指揮中心及建管單位，皆明白指示只要室內不超過五人即可施工。但總幹事卻謊稱此舉動並無不法，而你物業管理人並未善盡專業責任，輔助管委會，我方也將針對你在專業上的失職，以「業務過失」，提起相關法律求償。
