★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃台服務態度很有問題。同事電話訂大碗餐點，我代為取餐卻拿到小碗的，跟櫃台反映他們弄錯了，小姐堅持是我們電話沒講清楚。氣得我告訴她，同事電話訂餐時，我就在旁邊聽，根本沒有錯，而且同樣情形我自己也遇過二、三回，這時她只沉默不爭辯，問我願不願意等候改做大碗？但做生意服務和態度很重要，一句「拍寫（不好意思），忙中有錯」那麼難説出口嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前好ㄧ陣子都叫這家的外送...而且幾乎都差不多的內容...但這樣的蛤蜊湯...我真的不太敢喝...問過店家說是因為九層塔的關係...湯內九層塔才兩片....但詢問過朋友...是感覺吐砂沒吐乾淨呀...湯色真的太髒了....

I’ve asked the store that it’s because of the nine-story tower. ...There are only two pieces of the nine-story pagoda in the soup...but I have asked a friend...I feel that the sand is not spit out...the soup is really dirty...
