Although we have not yet accepted the ladder service of this unit, serious negligence was discovered during the process of telecommunications alone. I contacted the unit on 8/26 and stated that I needed to apply for the escalator service on 8/28, and sent the transfer and application details on 8/27. The unit’s line customer service replied "OK". However, there was no driver at the scene on the morning of 8/28. After urgently contacting the customer service, the customer service unexpectedly said that they did not see the service I applied for. The follow-up ITU customer service staff said: Do you still need a car now? I said: How long can it be arranged? Customer Service: I don't know, I want to contact now. Once again, no one answered the call. I also left a message to the customer service line saying that there is no need to arrange services! It is hoped that the unit should strengthen the review of the case acceptance process and actually reply whether it has been arranged, so as not to increase the trouble of other temporary transfer arrangements!
